hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = FALSE

FYI, following these exact instructions gets this error on first reboot of the “Microsoft Hyper-V Server” VM as it nears the end of the install:

“Windows failed to start.”
Status: 0xc0000001

Check out how vSamurai did this on an all-in-one Mac Mini setup. Pretty sweet stuff!
