One of the more challenging aspects of studying for an exam is building a schedule around actually studying and maintaining a record of progress. Most folks don’t have the luxury of sitting down for long hours each day to study for an exam – most likely, the time is broken up into smaller chunks that fit in between family time, work efforts, and sleeping. This is one of the major reasons that I use study sheets for lengthy exams based on the blueprint. They help me record my progress and plan out future studies.
Carrying on the tradition, I’m very pleased to share the third study sheet produced by the crack team at Wahl Network focused on the VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Cloud Infrastructure Administration exam, also known as the VCAP-CIA 5.

Haven’t heard of SolarWinds before? They make some really nifty free tools for professional administrators of all sorts (server, network, virtualization, etc.) along with a full gamut of paid tools – such as the Virtualization Manager – that work to make life easier in the world of IT. They also own the thwack site, a community forum where users can chat with one another, learn about new tech, and participate in some geeky fun with a gamification twist. I’ve filled in a few tours as their Ambassador and really enjoyed the back and forth with various technical folks.
